Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of QueueCove (“QueueCove”, “we”, “us”), a social media scheduling and publishing tool operated by Prabhava Labs, based in Sri Lanka. By creating a workspace or otherwise using QueueCove, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, if you use it for an organization, on that organization’s behalf, and you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Eligibility

QueueCove is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use QueueCove. Access is currently by invitation or provisioned directly by us; there is no public self-serve sign-up.

The Service

QueueCove lets an authorized workspace member connect a Facebook Page or a linked Instagram professional account through Meta’s own Facebook Login for Business, then compose, schedule, and publish posts to it, review publishing status, and manage a shared media library. Connectors for other platforms may be added later and will be described here when they launch.

Accounts, workspaces, and security

• Access to a workspace is by invitation from an existing administrator or owner, or set up directly for you by us.
• Keep your password confidential, and keep your two-factor authentication device and recovery codes safe if you enable it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• A workspace’s data and connected accounts are separate from every other workspace. Its owner controls who may join and what role each member holds: owner, admin, editor, or viewer.
• Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Your content

You and your organization keep ownership of the captions, media, and other content you create or upload in QueueCove (“your content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, and transmit your content solely to operate QueueCove for you, including sending it to Meta when you schedule it for publishing. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it and that it complies with the policies of every platform you publish it to.

Connected platforms

Publishing depends on the Meta Graph API and Meta’s own infrastructure, which we do not control. Meta may reject, delay, or fail to deliver a post, change or restrict API access, or suspend or revoke a Page’s or account’s access independently of QueueCove. Connecting an account also makes you subject to Meta’s own terms, including its Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and, for the connected Page or account, Facebook’s and Instagram’s terms of service. We are not responsible for a platform’s decisions about your content or account, and you are responsible for complying with that platform’s rules.

Acceptable use

• No spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or artificial engagement.
• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account you are not authorized to manage, and no using QueueCove in a way that violates Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, or Community Standards, or any other connected platform’s policies.
• No attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or platform restrictions.
• No reverse engineering QueueCove except where the law gives you that right despite this restriction.

We may remove content or suspend access for a violation of this section, consistent with Termination and deletion below.

Availability and changes

We aim to publish scheduled content on time but do not guarantee that any post will be published, published at the scheduled time, or displayed in a particular way, since that also depends on Meta. We do not guarantee any level of uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature of QueueCove, and we will give notice where practical for a change that materially reduces functionality you rely on.

Fees

QueueCove is currently free to use; we do not charge for any plan today. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish their pricing and billing terms and ask you to agree to them before any charge applies to your workspace. Nothing in QueueCove currently bills you without that separate notice and agreement.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using QueueCove, disconnect your Meta accounts, and delete your workspace or account at any time from account settings; deletion happens immediately, not on a delay, as described in the privacy policy’s Retention and deletion section. We may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these terms, to comply with a legal request, or to protect QueueCove, a connected platform, or another user, and we will give notice where practical and not otherwise prohibited. QueueCove does not delete anything already published to Facebook or Instagram; remove that content on the platform itself.

Disclaimers

QueueCove is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. If the law of your country does not allow some or all of this disclaimer, it applies to you only to the extent that law permits.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from these terms or your use of QueueCove, even if advised of the possibility. Each party’s total liability arising from these terms is capped at the amount you paid us for QueueCove in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you have paid us nothing, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply to a party’s indemnity obligations, a breach of the acceptable use section, or a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against a claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of QueueCove in violation of these terms, or your violation of a connected platform’s policies, except to the extent it resulted from our own breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes arising from them will be brought in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka. If you live somewhere that gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction, or that gives you mandatory consumer or data-protection rights this section cannot take away, those rights still apply.

Changes to these terms

We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. For a material change, we will also notify workspace owners by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect; continuing to use QueueCove after that means you accept the change.
